This policy covers sample digital goods listed on the products page. It explains how to request help with downloads and when a refund may be considered.
Digital delivery
After payment confirmation, files are delivered by email or through a secure link provided by your payment processor. Keep a copy of your receipt so we can match your order if a link expires.
Refund review
If a file is corrupted or the wrong item was attached, contact us within fourteen days of purchase. We will verify the issue and, where appropriate, issue a replacement link or refund to the original payment method. Change-of-mind requests for digital goods may be declined when permitted by local consumer rules.
